MPAS will act as your revenue agent for Employer PAYE. This will enable us to do things like file employer revenue returns, set up new employees and obtain new tax information for employees, on your behalf.
We will gather the necessary data to set up your payroll. All you have to do is to provide us with any payroll changes or grant us access to your timekeeping/payroll system. Here are some of the core payroll services we offer:
- Calculation of payments and deductions based on the data provided to us.
- Generation of reports and payslips.
- Providing banking files for electronic transfers or reports for cheque, cash payments.
- Providing monthly returns via ROS.
Do I have to wait until year end or can I outsource payroll now?
You can outsource your payroll at any time of the year. We can organise a smooth transition of your payroll within days, depending on the size and frequency of your payroll.

Don’t worry – you will only be outsourcing payroll, not control. We will discuss any potential issues or opportunities with you. All payments/transfers will have to be authorised by you. We will only accept changes to the payroll process upon verification from you.
Confidentiality?
We will never disclose any personal data. Emailed payslips are password protected and employee/employer self-service portal requires a user specific log-in and password for access.

What additional services can I avail of?
You will receive access to the Employers Online Portal, which includes 24/7 instant access to payroll records and reports, leave management, calendars, HR documents & resources portal for employee/employer where you can share information and resources with your employees, teams, or the whole company.
Can I get hardcopy payslips?
Yes. Our payslips are supplied electronically via employee self-service app and by email, but we can also provide hard copy versions on request. (additional fees apply).
How much does the payroll service cost?
We have a fixed fee structure to keep all our costs transparent. The fees charged are based on the number of employees and pay frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
